    This comprehensive package is meticulously designed to provide advanced support and services for all your health and safety needs. Discover how our premier package empowers businesses like yours to thrive.

    What's Included

    Retain the services of SOCOTEC for the contract period. This satisfies the legal requirement under the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999 which requires an Appointed Person to provide competent Health & Safety advice to your organisation.

    We will provide a Certificate of Contract to be used as proof of competent person support for the duration of the agreed contract period.

    Updates We will provide you with updates in legislation and best practice on at least a monthly basis.

    Through consultation, we will advise if an accident or incident is reportable to the Health & Safety Executive under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR). Where required SOCOTEC will report an accident / incident on your behalf, or guide you through the process.

    One of our technical advisors will be available to you during normal hours for support.

    We will develop a Health and Safety Policy for your company, or review your current Policy.

    We will carry out a Health & Safety assessment on your organisation to determine the current levels of compliance to key Health & Safety legislation. This will be followed up with a report prioritising any action that is required.
