SOCOTEC UK & Ireland is delighted to announce its partnership with PfP Thrive.
Through working closely with PfP Thrive, the training provider built around the needs of the sector, SOCOTEC will be on hand to provide training in area such as CDM and Health and Safety compliance.
PfP Thrive sets itself apart by positioning itself as a learning and skills-focused movement dedicated to delivering the capabilities the housing sector urgently needs. As one of more than 20 group companies within Places for People (PfP), the UK’s leading social enterprise, it recognised the growing skills shortage, and understood that without a radical way to tackle the skills gap, the sector would struggle to deliver the homes that people deserve.
PfP has a long-standing partnership with SOCOTEC with our development team. We know when we started this movement, we could only make a real difference by leveraging the strength of our partnerships. As a trusted partner of PfP already, we are thrilled that SOCOTEC have agreed to support PfP Thrive on upskilling and developing the next generation of skilled professionals who will ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of the UK's built environment.
To work closely with the experienced training team at SOCOTEC will hugely benefit our learners and hopefully allow us to ensure the future workforce is ready for whatever challenges come their way.
This new partnership with PfP Thrive represents a convergence of complementary strengths. Our technical expertise, in this case within the training space, aligns perfectly with Thrive's mission to develop skilled professionals through specialised training and apprenticeship programmes.
Our trainers are amongst the best in the sectors they work within, and with their help, we’ll be able to play our part in addressing the growing demand for qualified professionals in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
