With over 30 years’ experience, we have the expertise in carrying out risk surveys to enable gas utility companies to manage and deliver their replacement programme.

We are the principal UK contractor working on the Mains Risk Prioritisation System (MRPS) and are currently engaged in high volume field data collection.

We have surveyors strategically based around the UK that specialise in MRPS surveying. We remain the single largest supplier of MRPS surveys in the gas industry. All our field personnel are highly qualified and ensure that all surveys are delivered to the absolute satisfaction of our clients.

MRPS Surveys collect variety of data including Ground Conditions, Cellared Properties, Property Proximities, Property Counts and  Vulnerable Properties.

With a dedicated back office MRPS support team in place we provide a fully integrated service that supports our clients’ requirements.

We have teams based across the UK that specialise in gas leakage surveys for gas network operators, private landowners and the public sector and we have carried out integrity testing of complete gas installation systems within schools, hospitals, universities, stadiums and other large or multi-site facilities.

We supply fully equipped gas leakage vehicles detecting gas levels down to parts per million. Systematic surveying using this technique can quickly locate and identify underground leaks or migrating gases before hazardous levels occur.

Trigger units are available to detect, collect and monitor continuous representative samples of the atmosphere traversed by the survey vehicle. The system provides an audible and visual alarm to a pre-set threshold. The trigger unit is a one-person survey system and is designed to cover large areas with maximum impact and minimum fuss.

Our data preparation and entry teams specialise in high volume data turn-around using custom designed databases to manage large data fields to help our clients manage their data/assets. Bespoke IT systems designed for high data turn-around have been developed to provide almost instant asset reports. QA tracking and system generated audits ensure data integrity is never compromised.

Recently we prepared field survey forms for National Grid and Scotia Gas Networks accumulating to over ¼ million data sheets in addition to over ¼ million data entries.

We have been providing metering and data services throughout the UK since 2008 and offer a wide range of meter reading services to Water, Gas and Electricity companies nationwide.

With the ability to capture data from anywhere on the UK mainland we manually read domestic, commercial and industrial meters for Utility, holding companies or landlords.

We provide cyclic and rapid response services as and when required and have an excellent success rate obtaining data in difficult locations where access is a problem.
