Thomas has a strong technical background in environmental management, hazardous materials, and contaminated land. He has previously served as a certified environmental practitioner and technical lead for a major environmental consultancy in Australia.

Thomas has been working with SOCOTEC UK since March 2023, initially as a consultant and since March 2024 as a full-time employee in his current role. Prior to his current position, Thomas was UK Country Director at AESG and General Manager at ADE Consulting Group in Australia.
