About Sean Ellison

Sean is chartered quantity surveyor with over a decade of experience acting as project quantity surveyor and contract administrator on a range of high-value projects, including residential works and civil engineering schemes. His experience particularly pertains to residential developments, from one-off high-end residences through to multi-unit sites with 200+ dwellings. As well as being responsible for several concurrent client accounts for quantity surveying appointments, Sean has assisted lead experts on numerous expert witness appointments, including large-scale projects in the Middle East.

Sean manages the Compliance division of SOCOTEC Advisory, with a team of over 45 professionals delivering quantity surveying services, based in our London region and with offices in Kent, Manchester and the Midlands. As part of his wider role, Sean actively supports the training and higher education of our apprentices and technical team with a focus on the RICS’ APC.
