Having specialised in commercial buildings for the last 20 years he has a strong range of experience in the sector working with a wide range of well know private and public organisations. Experience covers new build, extension, refurbishment and fitout.

Peter has been a Regional Director at SOCOTEC UK since 2019. Peter brings over three decades of Building Control experience, with two decades focused specifically on commercial buildings. His career encompasses extensive work with prominent private and public sector organisations across new build developments, extensions, refurbishments, and fitout projects.
As a Chartered Building Surveyor and Corporate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Peter holds distinguished qualifications including Institute of Building Control diplomas and a Diploma in Management Studies. His sector expertise covers assembly and recreation facilities, retail, mixed-use, commercial, educational, industrial, healthcare, and office projects. Peter's deep industry knowledge and proven leadership in complex regulatory environments strengthen SOCOTEC Building Control's capacity to deliver regulatory excellence across demanding construction portfolios. Peter is a Class 3G Specialist Registered Building Inspector.
