About Harry Billingsley
Harry is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with nearly 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He has specialised in high-end commercial, sports, residential and pharmaceutical projects, including the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Wimbledon Court 1 redevelopment and the AstraZeneca Discovery Centre.
Harry’s experience spans all stages of the project life cycle, from bidding to settling final accounts. He has delivered commercial management across a broad range of subcontract disciplines, on projects with values up to £1.3bn.
While working on live projects, Harry has worked closely with legal teams on contract close out and disputes. He has successfully managed conflict avoidance relating to extension of time and disruption claims and has participated in resolving unjust enrichment disputes.
