About Dan Bridgman
Dan is an operations manager who has experience working for both clients and contractors on highways construction projects and road pavements throughout the UK.
He started his career as a Surveyor and Data Analyst working with Video and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) before transitioning to Project Manager, and then subsequently, Operations Manager roles.
Dan has a broad range of experience in Highways Surveying at both a technical and supervisory level, as well as significant experience in 4K Video, Asset/Defect Management and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR).
Dan leads the UK Highway Surveys team within the Monitoring and Surveying Division at SOCOTEC delivering Highway Data for a wide range of sites including major highway schemes. His team conducts major surveys for the M25, Southeast and Midlands SRN as well as localised schemes nationwide.

Dan has been an Operations Manager at SOCOTEC UK since Jan 2025. Previously he was an Operations and Project Manager at Impulse Geophysics since 2015. Impulse Geophysics were acquired by SOCOTEC UK in July 2024.
