Ashish is an accomplished Principal Fire Engineer with a PhD in Evacuation Modelling, bringing over six years of professional experience and seven years of research expertise in fire safety engineering. His extensive knowledge spans UK and international building standards, evacuation strategies, and advanced evacuation modelling analysis.
Ashish’s expertise extends beyond consultancy, as he actively engages in research on human behaviour, wayfinding in circulation and emergency egress scenarios, evacuation modelling, and pedestrian movement analysis. With a strong foundation in both applied fire engineering and research, Ashish is committed to delivering innovative, risk-informed fire safety strategies that enhance life safety and operational resilience.
Professional Experience
Throughout his career, Ashish has played a pivotal role in fire safety design across various sectors, including healthcare, offices, warehouses, prisons, schools, and supermarkets, contributing at all stages of construction (RIBA Stages 1–7).
