Amy is a chartered quantity surveyor who has experience working for both clients and contractors on residential, commercial and civils projects throughout the UK. She is experienced in estimating, measurement, tender preparation, cost plans and cost reporting, as well as providing contract administration under the JCT suite of contracts. Amy’s projects to date have included residential and permitted development schemes, including leading an £18 million contract for a residential conversion.
