After becoming Disability Confident Committed in May 2022, we have dedicated ourselves to fostering a fully inclusive work environment.
Through rigorous efforts, we have ensured that all colleagues have access to comprehensive disability equality training. Additionally, we have revamped our recruitment processes to be more inclusive, taking into account feedback from individuals affected by disability.
The recent Neurodiversity Celebration Week (18th – 24th March) provided a valuable platform for us to celebrate diverse minds within our workforce. Throughout the week, colleagues engaged in learning sessions focused on key areas of neurodiversity, including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Tourette’s. Building on this initiative, we are set to host an expert speaker session to further educate and inspire its workforce on neurodiverse topics, based on feedback received from colleagues.
An official announcement confirming our status as Disability Confident Leaders is forthcoming, supporting our commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
