About Neil Cooke
Neil is an Operations Manager who has experience working for both clients and contractors on residential, infrastructure, commercial and construction projects throughout the UK.
Neil is experienced in project management, measurement, tender preparation, cost plans and cost reporting, as well as providing contract administration under the NEC and ICC suite of contracts.
Neil’s projects to date have included major infrastructure projects, overwater, energy and water , including leading an £11 million contract for a high speed rail link.
