About Joseph
Joseph is a Fire Modelling Engineer who has experience working on Performance-Based Design projects utilising Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and fire zone modelling. He has experience both throughout the UK and internationally.
His experience spans a range of projects, including residential Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs), mixed-use development, commercial spaces, atriums, educational facilities and more.
He works alongside a team of performance-based design engineers to ensure every project achieves its goals effectively and safely.
2 YEARS WITH THE COMPANY | 6 YEARS IN THE INDUSTRY
Joseph has been a part of SOCOTEC UK since 2023. Before joining SOCOTEC, Joseph was a fire protection design engineer in Malaysia for a period of four years, focusing on sprinkler and fire alarm design. In the past, he has also contributed to the field of natural ventilation by publishing several papers in scientific journals.
