Measurement of the completed works in accordance with SMM7
Preparation of the final account, including demolition and alteration works, masonry stonework, prep and decoration, as well as roofing, sanitaryware and windows
Methodical assessment and valuation of 1,500 variations requiring diligent interpretation of drawings and instructions
On-site measurement exercise to substantiate the vast quantities of bespoke items and materials
