ESOS Action Plan Update Reminder

Here is a brief summary of the information you will need to convey:  

The estimated energy savings (in kWh) per measure since the submission of your initial plan. For each of the measures you implemented from the action plan, whether you implemented it by the date set for it in the action plan

Any measures in the action plan that you did not implement by the date set for it in the action plan. Any energy saving measures that you have implemented that were not in the original action plan, as well as the kWh saved for each measure  You are also required to get the above signed off by a board director in a similar fashion to your initial plan submission.   

If an undertaking has submitted an action plan but leaves a qualifying highest parent group or participant, between the action plan submission deadline (5 December 2024 for action plans relating to the third compliance period) and deadline for the submission of an annual progress update, the undertaking must still comply with the requirement to produce a progress update.

Additionally, if in your initial plan you stated you were not implementing any measures and this continues to be the case, you are still required to reiterate this in the portal.
