Clearance asbestos air monitoring is then conducted inside the enclosure to check that airborne fibre levels are below acceptable levels. Once satisfactory results are achieved the analyst will issue a certificate of re-occupation, which will enable people to safely re-enter the area.

All work is UKAS accredited (ISO 17025) and carried out in accordance with HSE guidance document 'Asbestos: The analysts guide for sampling, analysis and clearance procedures' (HSG248).
