SOCOTEC UK and Ireland's 2025 Railway Environmental Forum (REF) has come to a close, concluding the latest edition of an event that has been held for over 20 years.

Taking place at the London Transport Museum on the 20th November, multiple SOCOTEC personnel including Nicola Atkinson from environment division, Jonathan Harries from environmental monitoring services, Adam Davis from Asbestos and prominent industry speakers from Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) including delivered presentations on diverse topics, providing attendees with the latest developments and insights from the railway sector.
As a special addition to this year’s Railway Environmental Forum, attendees were invited to tour the London Transport Museum after the main event, enabling them to explore more than 200 years of London’s public transport history.
