About Luke Coster-Reeve
Luke has over 22 years in the construction industry, with the last 3 years spent specifically within the CDM sector. Starting from a trade Carpentry apprenticeship and progressing up to Site Management level, he then transferred into a CDM role using the extensive construction knowledge to help him navigate his new career path.
Luke has firsthand experience of delivering projects in the various CDM roles appointed on a varying degree of projects in terms of value and complexity within the commercial and domestic sectors of the industry.

Luke has over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, with the last three years focused specifically within the CDM sector. Beginning his career through a Carpentry apprenticeship and progressing into Site Management, he later transitioned into a CDM role, drawing on his extensive construction knowledge to support his development in a new area of the industry.
