About Heather Sanders
Heather is an experienced Operations Director who started with the company in 2003 as a trainee asbestos surveyor and has since successfully managed various departments within SOCOTEC. She has experience working for both clients and contractors on residential, commercial, MOD and the railway infrastructure throughout the UK. Heather is experienced in change management, project management, business re-direction and re-alignment. She has also managed the commercial aspects of large, complex contracts and frameworks.

Heather has been an Operations Director at SOCOTEC UK since 2022. Prior to her current position, Heather has held positions of Business Manager/Operations Manager and National Project Manager all at SOCOTEC. Heather has previously worked for companies such as Scientifics and ESG Ltd, prior to the SOCOTEC convergence.
