About Andrea Galeano
Andrea Galeano is a Fire Engineer with approximately three years of experience in the field, following a prior background as a mechanical engineer. Andrea achieved a Masters degree in Fire Safety Engineering. She has experience working for both clients and contractors on residential, commercial, educational and custodial premises, as well as construction sites throughout the UK and Saudi Arabia. She has experience in working with numerous Design Guidance documents as well as providing Engineering Solutions. Andrea is an outstanding professional with critical thinking that seeks the best way to sort each challenge.

WITH THE COMPANY SINCE 2023
Andrea has been a Fire Engineer at SOCOTEC UK since September 2023. Prior to Andrea’s current position, Andrea was a Graduate Fire Engineer from September 2022 to September 2023. Andrea has previously worked for companies such as TETRA PAK Ltda. and OINSAT S.A.S, both located in Colombia, before shifting her focus to fire safety.
