Since signing the Armed Forces Covenant in 2020, we have demonstrated its commitment to ensuring that military veterans are treated with respect and fairness across all aspects of their lives. The Covenant highlights the moral obligation that the UK Government and society owes to the Armed Forces, and we are proud to be a part of this promise and support with the provision of ex-military jobs.

Knowing what to do after the military can be an extremely daunting and challenging prospect, and we ensure all of our employees feel fully supported as they reintegrate back into the civilian world. We are committed to supporting ex-military recruitment through the Careers Transition Partnership, a resettlement service which supports veterans of all ages and establishes a tailored employment pathway for those leaving the military in the UK.
