This scope of services is based on provisions contained in recent consultations on the new regime published by Government and the Building Safety Regulator. As new regulations are published we will update this scope of service to reflect the actual legislation as it comes into force. The proposed regulations within the consultations will only be applicable to England. Regulations applicable in Wales will be published by the Welsh Assembly.
