SOCOTEC Appointed to LHC Framework for Asbestos and Water

LHC is a not-for-profit purchasing body, whose framework agreement supports the public sector in procuring construction, refurbishment and maintenance services for social housing and public buildings. Publically funded organisations – such as local authorities, registered social landlords, schools, and emergency services – can benefit by using pre-approved suppliers in a cost-effective and efficient procurement process.

SOCOTEC’s recent placement on the Asbestos Services framework is the company’s second appointment to an LHC framework. In 2017, SOCOTEC – formerly ESG - joined the framework for Water Management and Legionella Control. Being placed on both framework agreements allows SOCOTEC to support public-sector bodies in their Property Protection and Maintenance.
