Investing in Digital Offering with New Website and Mobile Apps

ESG, the UK’s leading provider of environmental inspection, testing and compliance services has invested in its digital offering, launching a new website and developing two new mobile applications.

The new website is easier for clients to navigate, with a wealth of useful information and social media buttons to take visitors straight to ESG’s new LinkedIn profile and Twitter feed.

As part of the updated design, ESG has launched its first ever blog, which puts faces to the company’s experts and provides commentary on sector issues and hot topics, such as the recent changes to the L8 legionella guidance and advancements in drug and alcohol misuse testing. Clients are invited to put their own views forward too, with a section for comments following each blog post.

In addition to the website, ESG also recently launched its new Reinstatement Coring mobile application, specifically designed to increase the efficiency and accuracy of reinstatement inspections carried out by ESG’s technicians on carriageways and footways. The app enables instant uploading of measurements, photographs and samples taken to create reports for clients – increasing accuracy and efficiency.

ESG is also developing a second app - DIGG powered by ESG – which is set to be released later this year. Offering an integrated collection, validation and handling system for all types of geotechnical field work, it will streamline the link between in-situ testing and the laboratories to provide a project-wide data set in one complete solution. The app will also enable real-time billing, allowing better financial planning and control by each party.
